“Over the years I lost track of my health due to life commitments and only recently I decided to make a change but this time round I wanted to do something different because I’m bored of the traditional gyms. I needed something that will give me the motivation to get up at 5am and work out. After some research I decided to try out the morning classes at the WTA Gym and it’s been the best decision I’ve made. The gym’s layout and cleanliness is impeccable, the workouts are difficult however you feel like your on top of the world once it’s over. The feel is amazing and it prepares me for my busy day day ahead. This is the only time I’ve ever been excited about working out first thing in the morning.
